Provide technical support for our customers (mostly by email)
Investigate and resolve client's problems
Take care of customer satisfaction by attending to their issues and resolving the same as per the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Collaborate on technical issues by working with colleagues from RnD teams as needed to resolve customer problems
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as Technical Support Specialist
Passion for technology and learning
Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Logic thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Well established soft skills and customer service orientation
Attention to details and ability to prioritize
