Card is Updated
This policy will trigger a predefined action (move, update, send notification, call web service) whenever a card is updated. A typical example would be to move a card to a particular swimlane if its colour is changed to red.
Recurring Updated Card
With this policy you can set up a schedule and update the details of specified cards automatically. For example, you can configure the system to scan your cards every day and change the colour to red for those card which are assigned to a certain person. These policies are executed once per hour.
Card is Updated by Email
This policy will automatically move a card when a comment is added via the email integration feature. For example, you can move a card to “Waiting on Us” when a customer replies to one of your emails and the email is processed by the email integration.
Card is Created
This policy will automatically update a card’s properties, if it is created in a pre-defined set of columns/swimlanes.
Recurring Card is Created
With this policy you can set up a schedule and create new cards automatically. For example, you can configure the system to create cards at 5pm everyday.
