Karolina Dacheva, Strategic Operations and Portfolio Manager, has a vast experience in Lean, Kanban, PPM and OKRs. She has led improvement initiatives inside companies such as Rolls-Royce and Lufthansa Technik. During her time with Businessmap, she has been instrumental in the development of the partner network, which currently exceeds 400 professionals world-widely. More recently, Karolina has taken a key role to govern the execution of strategy and ensure alignment across the different business areas within Businessmap.
