Customer Success Manager (Lean/Agile Project Expert)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success Management Team and build relationships with our international customers, get to know their needs, and help them successfully apply our software inside their organizations. 

Responsibilities:

    • Explain the product and the value we deliver to our customers;

    • Be available as a point of contact to provide consulting and support;

    • Ensure successful adoption of Businessmap within the existing clients' organizations;

    • Highlight the advantages of Businessmap over traditional Project Management systems and other competitors;

    • Work with existing customers for up-sell opportunities via emails, calls, and online demonstrations;

    • Act as first-level support on requests from clients and new prospects;

Basic qualifications:

    • Entrepreneurial spirit - goal-oriented, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, team player

    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

    • Some experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management with a passion for customer advocacy;

    • Good organizational, presentation and communication skills;

We will consider as a plus:

    • Work experience in the IT industry

    • Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the software delivery model

    • Some project Management knowledge – to be interested in the way people work best
