Get ready to mark your calendars because we have an exciting announcement! Our KanConf series is back, and we can't wait to share the details of our next event before the summer rush hits!

So, without further ado, we'd like to invite you to KanConf#4, which we'll be happy to host in less than a month! The exact date is June 7th, 2023.

This time around, we are thrilled to delve into the successful implementation of Lean and Agile strategies by companies operating in heavily regulated environments such as pharma and biotech.

What Is KanConf?

To all the newcomers, welcome! KanConf is the first-of-its-kind series of virtual mini-conferences that aims to bring industry experts together to discuss all things Lean & Agile!

In this KanConf edition, we've decided to take a perspective into Lean/Agile ways of working that are often ignored. Namely, what's their place in some of the most heavily regulated industries in the world? Can they even work there, given the strict processes that companies need to abide by?

Our 4th KanConf event will provide a fresh perspective into this discussion through the lens of our carefully selected speaker with extensive knowledge in the Pharma and Biotech industries.

How Did We Choose the Topic?

We believe that Lean/Agile ways of working can thrive anywhere. Throughout our experience over the years with clients and partners, we've seen how Lean/Agile approaches can be implemented even in environments defined by heavy regulations. So, we will do our best to share this knowledge with you in our latest KanConf event.

What's In It for You?

To do this, we've invited a team of expert panelists with experience in highly regulated industries such as Pharma & Biotech. We will talk about the most common challenges that companies in these fields face as our panelists will take the time to answer your questions and share their insights on:

  • Managing multi-level project portfolios in highly regulated industries.
  • Overcoming process improvement challenges in large organizations.
  • The real outcomes of introducing Lean and/or Kanban in Pharma, Biotech, including the Healthcare sector in general.

And just like in our previous events, you get the chance to participate in a live Q&A session.

To strengthen our community, we've also started a new tradition called "networking train". It will help you easily connect with one another and continue the discussion offline.

We also have a special welcome gift for those who subscribe to the event! You'll receive a complimentary copy of our brand-new whitepaper "Why Is Organizational Agility the Key for a Successful Digital Transformation?" as a token of our appreciation for your participation. Based on our extensive research, we talk about why organizational agility is a key component of digital transformation and business survivability for Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies.

Who Will Join KanConf #4?

For a more holistic discussion, we provide a variety of viewpoints by inviting Lean consultants, an internal Product Development Director and a scholar with published articles on the subjects of Lean and Kanban in Pharma. We're happy to present to you our panelists:
